Built on the site of what was once Manchester Exchange, a railway station that served major cities around the country from 1884 until 1969, we’ve transformed a 19th century hub for travel and business into a 21st century one. If you’re looking for a relaxed co-working space in Manchester with free WiFi, Embankment Cafe Co. has you covered. Guests can book a slot up to 6hrs, between 8am and 6pm, for £19.50. Our co-working deal includes unlimited tea and coffee, a lunch meal deal, and a freshly baked cake or pastry. Please note: Bookings can only be made 24hrs in advance.

I'm a local and used come here from time to time. I will be coming here a lot more often going forward. The coffee and food is incredible, and the newly founded shop will find me here a lot more often for the fresh olives, cheese, and bread! I love these foods, what a great idea! You can't go wrong with the lunch and dessert options. Everything is good. Michelle is an asset to the café. She was one of the friendliest and most hospitable servers I've seen, and did an amazing job with welcoming us, and serving us our food and drink. She really went the extra mile; going the extra mile with orders.
